10 nights deep in the Andes of Ecuador. Vilcabamba, the Valley of Longevity, a place known for centuries for its extraordinary vitality and stillness. A small German speaking group of maximum 10 people. Personally guided by me from the very first conversation to three months after you return home.

Three plant medicine ceremonies form the heart of this retreat: Ayahuasca, San Pedro and Psilocybin, held by indigenous curanderos I know personally and trust deeply. I have lived in Vilcabamba for three years. I sit alongside these curanderos regularly. I speak Spanish and translate everything for you.

Every ceremony is followed by a full integration day, because what happens inside needs time and space to land. I am a trained Psychedelic Integration Coach, and this is not an add on. It is the core of what makes this retreat different.

Daily yoga and meditation in German, for every level including complete beginners. Seven years of teaching yoga, including therapeutic yoga, means I meet you exactly where you are.

I went through my own collapse. My own long silence. My own way back to myself. This retreat is what I would have needed back then. I know the way. And I walk it with you, safely, authentically and with deep respect.
